Masterclass: Designing your organization for the 21st century

Designing an organization is not hard – but it does require conscious thought around what kind of organization you want to be. We will help you gain the competence and confidence to do just that, with this practical, modern, well-researched course, that manages to offer serious learning, serious fun, and serious social connections!
When setting up (or planning to change) an organization, the first important thing is knowing what your organization stands for and where you want to go. The second is understanding that everything that happens in an organization is driven by human needs and motives. Therefore our structure, processes and ways-of-working, needs to work with, and not against these. And if you’ve set up these things to flow together, your organization will have a good chance of achieving its purpose, while enjoying a vibrant culture where people thrive.
