Succeeding in Partnerships: A Guide
As a sector, we are at an inflection point. Strategic decisions are required to build resilience across millions. To build resilience in communities is to address multi-faceted problems in a cohesive manner. This is the time to re-strategize, amplify proven successes, and drive sustained social impact. Partnerships offer a vehicle to converge and achieve common goals, keeping communities at the centre of social change. However, Sahyog Foundation’s recent survey of 160 non-profit leaders revealed key barriers to partnerships: the absence of credible partners; human resources with partnership experience; and funding.
To address these barriers, Sahyog Foundation has written a guide, Succeeding in Partnerships, packed with examples and tools to make partnerships a reality.

Building Fundraising Teams
Building a Fundraising Team is probably the most difficult thing for an NGO - since India lacks "fundraisers" and definitely ones with any significant experience. So one often needs to look at skills in other domains that could be relevant to the social space. A fundraising team will really depend on the size of the organization ranging from 1 person doing everything to teams for every channel of donations. This will depend on the size and your ability to invest in the same. Rahul from Arthan Careers will talk about how to think of building a fundraising team in Danamojo’s next webinar.

Storytelling Techniques for Non-Profits
Non-Profits do great work. But they often come up short when it comes to telling a compelling story of their work. A key component of that ‘story’ is the ‘beneficiary story’. Every non-profit must have a bank of engaging beneficiary stories. These deal with the key question of - ‘Who is the beneficiary/customer of the non-profits and how has their life been impacted by the work done by that organization?’
Get introduced from a master storyteller to the skill of narrating impressive stories of social impact.
They will cover:
A robust framework of structure and narration of beneficiary stories
