Career Coaching

Under Arthan’s Career Coaching, we provide a detailed guide for those individuals working in the social impact sector or interested in being a part of it through professional coaches. Our coaches have over seven decades of combined experience in the social impact sector - from working in private equity & domestic and international foundations, to founding NGOs and social enterprises and more. We work with social impact professionals, from mid-level to CEOs; we love working with those who want to enter the social impact sector.

Leadership consultant with 15 years of experience in private equity and venture investing. Experience in setting up international offices, building high-performance teams, setting the culture for international organizations, succession planning.

As a consultant, Saki has expertise in working with founder-led companies as they scale. He also enjoys working with executives going through a midlife transition or dealing with burnout and advising purpose-driven firms. In addition to consulting, he runs an angel syndicate that invests in healthcare, wellbeing and education.

SATYAM VYAS

Satyam is the founder of Arthan, a social enterprise committed to strengthening the impact sector ecosystem.  Arthan works with social organisations to build their capability and excellence in the areas of human capital, strategy, organisational development, and thought leadership.  Arthan's thought leadership work encompasses knowledge creation and dissemination through workshops, conferences, and research pieces to strengthen the social impact ecosystem (www.arthansocialforum.org).  Arthan’s non-profit arm (www.arthan.in) equips students from underprivileged communities with information, skills, and knowledge that prepares them for the future of work. Arthan has worked with 700+ social organisations in the last 3.5 years and has built a community of 10,000+ NGOs and 100,000+ job seekers. In the past, Satyam has worked with Pratham, one of India’s leading nonprofits. Satyam is a THNK fellow, holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Delhi University and executive degrees in social entrepreneurship, and leading successful social programs from Stanford Business Schools and Harvard Kennedy School.

MOUTUSHI SENGUPTA

Moutushi oversees the Foundation’s India Office, which provides grantmaking to civil society organizations in Population and Reproductive Health and Girls' Secondary Education.Prior to joining MacArthur in April 2013, she worked with Oxfam India, a rights-based organization that fights poverty and injustice. As Director – Programmes and Advocacy for Oxfam India, Moutushi led the process of developing and making operational the vision and strategy for programme management. Before Oxfam, Moutushi worked with the Department for International Development (DFID) in India for over 15 years. During her stint with DFID, she worked on a diverse portfolio of programs and projects across the country, including livelihoods promotion, health, rural development, financial and governance reforms and enterprise development. Moutushi holds an MBA (University Gold Medallist) degree from the Panjab University and an M.Sc. degree in Applied Environmental Economics from the Imperial College of the United Kingdom. She has been visiting faculty with the Symbiosis Institute of International Business, teaching post-graduate course on financial services for the rural poor.

MANDY CHOOI

As an organization and leadership transformation psychologist, and founder of Fairlead Consulting, Mandy has worked with leaders in all sectors and industries in the US, Europe and Asia on their personal and organizational transformation journey.

The two main tenets of her work are Purpose and Change.
Purpose: Coaching leaders and organizations to be grounded in their purpose; authentic and resilient in their approach; and courageous in their choices.
Change: Working with leaders to transform their organization culture, going beyond conventional change management approaches do not work for shifting complex adaptive human systems.

Other activities and services include keynotes and executive roundtables to share insights and experiences about what is really involved to undertake an agile or digital or any cultural transformation. And Masterclasses on What it really takes to change the Complex Adaptive Systems that is your organizational culture.
