Arthan's First Women at Work Conference

Conference Details

We unveiled the inaugural conference of Arthan’s Women at Work initiative ‘She the Change: Empowering Voices, Enriching Workplaces’. This in-person conference seek to create a more inclusive environment for women in organizations working towards social impact and increase their representation in the development workforce, especially at the mid-senior levels.

On this day, we brought together remarkable women from civil society organizations and social enterprises, organizational leaders, human resource experts, and gender experts for a day of deliberation and conversation, knowledge exchange, sharing and acknowledgment of good practices, and networking in our effort to nurture dialogue and communities of practice around gender equity, diversity and inclusion in the development sector.
